Kitamura Mycenter 2
This vintage machine has been kept in perfect running condition by our in house mechatronics experts. This is the only box-way milling machine we have, as well as the only 2 speed gear head machine. Perfect for parts needing high ridgity and low spindle speeds. The work envelope on this machine is X23" Y17" Z18" with a 21 tool Cat40 Spindle.
Cincinnati Arrow 500
Our smallest mill in house. This tiny yet versatile machine runs most of our small parts. With a 6000 rpm cat40 spindle, and a 19" cubed work envelope its well suited for precision and small batch runs.
Cincinnati Arrow 750
Like its smaller brother, the Arrow 500, this machine is set up with the same powerful Siemens 2100 PC based control, but with a larger table size and a full contouring 4th axis. With a X30" Y20" Z20" work envelope, and an A axis with a rotary diameter of 14" and the full 30" of X available to use WITH the rotary the machine is very versatile.
Cincinnati Sabre 1000
This Sabre 1000 is the high RPM workhorse for alloy and plastic work. With a 10K Cat40 spindle and large table size, its idea for prototype parts out of lighter materials. Work envelope is a more "common" X40" Y20" Z20".
Cincinnati Lancer 1250
This is the "brute" of the shop, at least in the milling department. With a 6000 rpm 30hp CAT50 spindle, 30 tool carousel, and large direct drive 4th axis, its a real workhorse! With a work envelope of X48" Y24" Z30" and an ability to spin an 18" diameter part that's 40" long its an incredibly capable machine.
Cincinnati Sabre 2000
This Sabre 2000 is the "big gun" in the shop. With a MASSIVE work envelope of X80" Y30" and Z32" almost anything can fit in this machine. It can also run up to 64 parts with 64 programs in one setup (any of our 2100 controls can) and the 4th axis can be installed in this machine as well from the Arrow 750 if needed.
Dyna 3116 Mill
Reserved mainly for quick work that wont fit inside the enclosed machines, this full 3 axis CNC mill has a versatile R8 spindle, 2 speed CVT drive, and a DOS based CNC control. This machine can also be used manually if needed.
Bridgeport
Every shop has to have one of these right! This old iron still keeps up. With a modern DRO and a VFD for the spindle speed, this machine is used almost daily for milling, drilling, and tapping of parts. This was our first machine purchased back in 2001 when the company was started.
