Type II Anodizing
Whether its for aesthetics, protection, or wear, our in house Type II anodize is capable of almost any color on the spectrum. Our system is smaller, so for black we send our parts to an outside vendor for bulk orders.
Powder Coating
In house capabilities include sandblast, coat and bake of parts up to 16"x16"x36". Parts larger than this will be sent to our outside vendor, up to 40ft long!

ROBOTS!!!!
With our KUKA KR150L 6-axis robot, it can be configured for milling, 3D printing, or part automation. This robot is mobile around the shop, and can be placed in front of any of our 15 machines. It can also lift 300lbs and has a 9ft overall reach.
Welding
With both MIG and TIG welding capacity of up to 400 amps, we can handle almost any fabrication job. Our in house fixture tables range from small 12"x12" fixtures to fully Blanchard ground 48"x96" drilled and tapped plates. We also have an extensive riser and angle block setup for fixturing parts.
LASERS!!
With a 50W Fiber Laser, equipped with a rotary axis, as well as a 40W CO2 laser, part marking, plastic fixturing, and unique workholding and packing are all possible.
3D Printing
While not used for production parts, the multiple FDM printers at our location offer quick prototyping, fixturing, shop organization, as well as promotional and advertising uses.
